I’m Kevin Palmer, from Chattanooga, Tennessee. I’ve been an EMT, military police, a flight student, a kayak instructor, and a truck driver. Every job I’ve had, I’ve worked alongside people who show up early, bust their knuckles, and figure things out on their own. Those are the people I built this for.

I watched small-business owners — plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, handymen, cleaners — get charged $200–500 a month for software that should cost a fraction of that.
I watched them sign annual contracts they didn’t fully understand, get locked into platforms that held their customer data hostage, and pay “per-user” fees that punished them for growing their own team.
And I watched the companies selling that software raise another round of funding, hire another sales team, and raise prices again. That margin isn’t innovation — it’s a tax on people who don’t know better.
So I built the same tools myself. Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, customer management, AI phone answering — all of it — running on the same cloud the big companies use, priced at what it actually costs plus a fair margin.
