I've been an EMT, military police, a flight student, a kayak instructor, and a truck driver. I've never had a desk job and I probably never will. Every job I've had, I've worked alongside people who bust their knuckles, show up early, and figure things out on their own.

Those are the people I built BeMyCrew for.

I watched plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, locksmiths, and handymen get charged $200 to $500 a month for dispatch software that should cost a fraction of that. They were signing annual contracts they didn't fully understand, getting locked into platforms that held their customer data hostage, and paying “per user” fees that punished them for hiring.

Meanwhile the companies selling that software raised another round, hired another sales team, and raised prices again. That margin isn't innovation. It's a tax on people who don't know they have a choice.
