What am I actually paying for at $49?
The base cost of the services that run your AI receptionist — calls, hosting, processing — plus a fair margin. No SaaS tax, no per-user fees for growing your crew.
How are AI minutes counted?
Each plan includes AI minutes a month: 150 on Starter, 400 on Pro, 1,000 on Business. A call uses the time the AI is on the line with your caller, rounded up to the next whole minute; time the caller spends talking with you after a transfer does not count. At a typical 3-minute call that is about 50, 130 or 330 calls (approximate). Over your allowance, extra minutes are $0.25 each, and the AI never stops answering.
How fast can I go live?
Creating your account takes a few minutes. The AI receptionist itself switches on only after a short onboarding check with you — a test call, an emergency-escalation test and a transfer test — so until that’s done, calls ring your phone like normal. Early customers can also choose free done-with-you setup at signup: we walk through the checklist with you instead of leaving you to it.
