We collect account information, technician profiles, job and service records, payment and billing information processed by Stripe, and communications with our support team.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve BeMyCrew, process transactions, send support messages, power dispatch recommendations, monitor usage, and prevent fraud.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that operate the platform, including mapping, telephony, payment, and hosting vendors, or with law enforcement when required by law.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase and protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will remove personal data within 30 days except where we must retain it for legal or legitimate business reasons.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, export, or limit the processing of your data, and you may opt out of marketing communications.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form to improve the Service.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
